Job summary

ION is launching a Leadership Development Program (LDP) for recent graduates. Analysts will undergo 18 months of rotations across multiple core capabilities, including Product Strategy, Product Management, BI and Data Analytics, and more, with exposure to London and other global offices.

Analysts spend the first rotation addressing a real business need in their home office, with opportunities for second or third rotations in other locations.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027.
• Achieve 2:1 class or higher.
• STEM, business, or economics degree preferred; interest in finance/tech with any work experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership potential both in and out of the classroom.
• Passion for learning, self-improvement, and a questioning and challenging mindset.
• Motivated self-starter who is proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about what they do.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the desire to understand the “why” behind each problem.
