Job summary

ION Group is a leading FinTech company offering graduates an intensive Leadership Development Program (LDP) to develop talent across the product lifecycle. Analysts rotate through 3 six‑ to twelve‑month cohorts, gaining broad exposure and hands‑on programming experience in a global, fast‑paced environment.

As a Software Developer, you will work in an Agile team delivering end‑to‑end product development for Tier‑1 banks and Fortune 100 clients, with opportunities to specialize after the rotations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related STEM disciplines, with hands‑on programming experience.
Authorization to work in selected countries without sponsorship.
Demonstrated interest in finance and/or technology, ideally including work experience.
Passion for learning, self‑improvement, and a questioning mindset.
Motivated self‑starter who is proactive and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and problem solutioning.
Architect and design using modern software engineering principles.
Code, test and enable continuous integration with current technologies.
Build innovative products that reduce complexity and increase efficiency.
Support clients and internal teams by solving complex technical issues.
