Job summary

EY FinTech Lab is looking for an Innovation Manager with a pioneering spirit to drive transformational opportunities in financial services. You will build and nurture a network of FinTech partners, identify opportunities with clients, and shape high-value innovation offerings.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will lead workshops, pitch ideas to stakeholders, and help scale lab assets. A startup mindset, autonomy, and strong collaboration will help you deliver measurable value for our

Qualifications

Existing internal/client network and domain expertise in EY Sectors (BCM/Insurance/WAM).
Proven ability to shape and deliver high-quality proposals to stakeholders.
Self-starter comfortable in a growing team with startup mindset.
Clear interest in FinTech domains and emergent tech trends.
Facilitation skills and ability to run client workshops.

Responsibilities

Grow FinTech Labs’ network of solution partners and collaboration options.
Engage with business units and clients to source and shape opportunities.
Connect with leading FinTech solutions from the market.
Develop high-value relationships with internal stakeholders and pitch to clients.
Develop new innovation products/assets and engaging collateral.
Be commercially focused to support revenue creation for the Lab.
