Ernst & Young is seeking an Innovation Manager to join the FinTech Lab and help build a better working world by collaborating with market-leading FinTechs on high-impact propositions.

You will grow the Lab's network of FinTech partners, source and shape opportunities with clients, and develop new innovation assets and offerings. A self-starter with an internal/client network and domain expertise will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Existing internal/client network and domain expertise in EY sectors (BCM / Insurance / WAM).
• Proven ability to shape high-quality proposals and present ideas to internal/external stakeholders.
• Self-starter who thrives in a growing team with a startup mindset.
• Clear interest and understanding of FinTech domains and emergent tech trends.
• Facilitation skills and ability to lead client workshops and engaging sessions.

Responsibilities

• Grow the FinTech Labs network of partners and collaboration options.
• Drive identification and engagement with the business and Clients to source and shape Innovation opportunities.
• Connect with top FinTech solutions from the Market.
• Develop high-value relationships with internal stakeholders and pitch to Clients; grow awareness and demand for Lab offerings.
• Lead development and delivery of new high-value Innovation products/offerings and create engaging collateral.
• Be commercially focused to support revenue and Lab value realization.
