Job summary

Adaptive Financial Consulting is seeking a Java Developer to join our team building front-office trading solutions for capital markets clients. The role focuses on JVM-based services, cloud environments, and event-driven patterns.

You will collaborate with experienced teams, contribute to OMS/EMS/Exchange integrations, and work in an Agile environment. Experience with Java 8+, FIX, Aeron, and data structures is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Java, Spring, Cucumber and JUnit.
• Experience with FIX protocol and market data systems.
• Strong knowledge of data structures (hashes, sets, caches).
• Front Office financial systems, E-Trading and FIX experience.
• Messaging with Aeron.
