Options Technology is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in London to support our options trading technology and infrastructure. You will collaborate with client technology teams to ensure smooth operation of the trading platform and related systems.

The role requires a proactive, self-driven individual with strong troubleshooting, communication skills and a willingness to work from the office for the initial 12 months. The team operates in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within financial services.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote or on-site technical support for options trading technology systems.
• Monitor health and performance of internal systems and perform routine maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues; coordinate with internal teams for timely resolutions.
• Respond to incidents and service requests per SLAs and document resolutions.
