Job summary

Nicoll Curtin is recruiting a Senior BI Developer / Principal BI Developer in Scotland (Glasgow or Edinburgh). This hybrid role focuses on enterprise-scale financial data and reconciliation solutions for clients in FinTech, banking and asset management.

You will combine SQL, data analysis and stakeholder-facing delivery to automate processes, identify exceptions and improve reporting accuracy, while mentoring junior team members.

Join a growing Scottish FinTech company that helps banks, insurers, payment providers, and asset managers automate complex financial data processes, improve reporting accuracy, and meet regulatory requirements.

This is an opportunity to work on enterprise-scale financial data and reconciliation solutions used across the financial services sector. While the roles are titled Developer, they are closely aligned to BI Developer, BI Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Consultant, or Financial Systems Analyst positions, combining technical data skills with financial services domain expertise.

The successful candidates will work with large and complex datasets, helping to automate reconciliation processes, identify exceptions, improve financial controls, and deliver data-driven solutions to clients.

What You'll Bring
