Job summary

Chip is seeking a data & insights professional to monitor product functionality and provide cross-functional data analysis, MI, and operational controls to aid product development. You will work closely with Operations and Compliance teams, including handling Financial Crime data, to deliver actionable insights.

Key responsibilities include SQL-driven analysis, dashboard reporting, and automating recurring MI.

Qualifications

Proficient SQL skills across data analysis tasks.
Proficient use of Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
Willingness to learn and drive efficiency in processes.
Numerate with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Analyse data using SQL.
Provide data extracts, analysis and dashboard reporting to all areas of the business.
Assist the wider business in providing the best customer support.
Develop, optimise and action daily operational process controls.
Monitor internal and third-party functionality.
Timely and accurately deliver regular operational tasks and processes.
Investigate, help diagnose and resolve issues.
Automate recurring MI and optimise processes using SQL and Python.
