Job summary

Chip – your wealth app is seeking a data analyst to monitor product functionality and provide data analysis, MI, and operational controls. You will work with Operations and Compliance teams, including Financial Crime data, to support product development.

You will use SQL and Excel/Sheets to deliver reports, automate MI, and improve daily processes. If you are analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, you will thrive in our fast-growing fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data using SQL.
• Provide data extracts, analysis and dashboard reporting to all areas of the business.
• Assist the wider business in providing the best customer support.
• Develop, optimise and action daily operational process controls.
• Monitor internal and third-party functionality.
• Timely and accurately deliver regular operational tasks and processes.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve issues.
• Automate recurring MI and optimise processes using SQL and Python.
