Job summary

Creditspring is seeking a Compliance professional to join the Compliance function, reporting to the Head of Compliance. The role focuses on regulatory and compliance advice across the business, including ensuring adherence to FCA rules, Consumer Duty and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a regulated financial services environment.
• Regulatory and compliance requirements for consumer credit lenders.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations (CONC, SYSC, Consumer Duty).
• Experience in a fintech or fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regulatory horizon scanning and assess impact of new regulations.
• Ensure product and service changes comply with FCA rules.
• Provide practical regulatory advice to the business.
• Translate regulatory requirements into internal policies.
• Contribute to Product Governance and review new/ existing products for compliance.
• Support Design teams in creating compliant customer journeys and functionality.
• Provide guidance on Consumer Duty and keep stakeholders informed.
• Support the Compliance Monitoring Plan and report on key processes.
• Monitor conduct MI and advise on changes to improve customer outcomes.
• Lead training sessions to raise regulatory awareness.
