Smart Pension invites applications for a Legal Counsel to join our expanding Legal Team in the London area. You will advise on commercial contracts, procurement, and technology agreements in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key duties include negotiating NDAs and supplier contracts, supporting platform-as-a-service (PaaS) agreements, and delivering business-focused legal support to global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2 years PQE with strong background in commercial law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience negotiating NDAs and supplier contracts, and supporting technology agreements.
