Job summary

Medpace is seeking a full-time Clinical Trial Site Relationship Coordinator in London to support pre-award and post-award feasibility activities and manage relationships with our site network across the UK and Hungary.

The role suits someone with clinical research experience, aiming to minimize travel and enhance feasibility execution. Strong English and Finnish language skills and knowledge of GCP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in health-related field is required.
• Minimum 1 year site and clinical trials experience; more for senior roles.
• CRA experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of drug development, clinical trial management and operational procedures (GCP) preferred.
• Fluency in English and Finnish.
• Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support of sites, including identifying and discussing future business opportunities and feasibility assessments; develop plans for site contact and follow-up; support feasibility, site selection and study start-up; handle additional projects as assigned.
• Serve as site relations and excellence partner by providing oversight and building/retaining relationships of assigned sites; conduct/expedite feasibility activities; research site landscape/intelligence; build relationships with site networks.
• Conduct regular performance reviews for sites; act as escalation point for site related issues; support management with process improvement initiatives; be main contact for project teams regarding site performance updates; may coordinate site audits.
