JAM Recruitment Ltd is assisting a local manufacturing client in Warrington in finding a Workshop Assembler for their finishing team. The role involves supporting skilled technicians, operating power tools for wood and foam cutting, and assisting with upholstery and electronics assembly to specification.

The position is full-time, temp-to-permanent, based in Warrington (WA4 6PS) with a starting hourly rate of £13.00, rising to £14.50. Shifts run Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:45 and Friday 08:00–13:00.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a workshop/factory environment is desirable.
• Ability to operate a range of power hand tools.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Move and position finished products during finishing process.
• Perform quality checks to ensure high standards.
• Keep work area clean, tidy and hazard-free.
