Job summary

THE·TEAM in Orpington is seeking a Finishing Unit Manager / Deputy Unit Manager for our large format print operation. You will lead the finishing team, plan workloads, schedule projects and ensure quality and safety across textiles, banners and related media.

Strong planning, attention to detail and communication skills are essential as you collaborate with production management and other departments to deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a finishing team in a print/graphics environment.
• Strong planning and scheduling experience in large format graphics production.
• Attention to detail with strong communication skills and client focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Finishing Unit team and interview finishers.
• Plan workloads and schedule finishing tasks daily across campaigns.
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety within the department.
• Collaborate with production managers and other departments to meet campaign requirements.
