Responsibilities

• Manage finishing and close-out activities across multiple buildings.
• Coordinate subcontractors and finishing trades to meet programme.
• Carry out quality inspections and identify defects.
• Track snagging lists through to completion.
• Support pre-handover inspections and client demonstrations.
• Maintain health and safety standards on site.
