Job summary

O'Neill and Brennan is seeking a Finishing Foreman for a long-term residential project. The role is contractor-based, with the project based in Derby and site operations also connected to Birmingham, West Midlands.

You will lead finishing trades and subcontractors through the late stages of construction, ensure quality workmanship, program work, enforce health and safety, and collaborate with the site team to deliver milestones on time.
