Job summary

Construction Resources Limited, based in Liverpool, is seeking two experienced Finishers / Multi Traders to join our planned works team in Merseyside on a permanent basis.

You will carry out a range of finishing and multi-trade tasks across residential properties, delivering high-quality workmanship and ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires a driving licence and CSCS/NVQ; you will work in residents' homes with a professional approach.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Finisher / Multi Trader.
• Good knowledge across a range of trades.
• High standard of workmanship.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Professional approach when working in residents' homes.
• NVQ & CSCS required.

Our client is a Liverpool-based building and property services company that works across the North West.

They mainly do:

Social housing repairs and maintenance
Empty-home (“void”) works
Kitchen and bathroom installations
Property refurbishments
Adaptations for residents
Electrical, heating and plumbing work
Development and construction projects
General repairs and planned works

Due to a busy work stream, they are looking for 2 experienced Finishers / Multi Traders to join their planned works team in Merseyside on a permanent basis.

The Role

The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out a range of finishing and multi-trade works across residential properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

Requirements

• Experience as a Finisher / Multi Trader.

• Good knowledge across a range of trades.
