Job summary

Accord Healthcare Barnstaple site seeks a Quality Control Team Leader to head the Finish Product QC team. You will oversee testing, scheduling, and release activities ensuring GMP compliance and CAPA handling in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The role reports to the Senior QC Leader, requires strong leadership and lab skills with HPLC, UV and dissolution experience, and will drive continuous improvement within the QC laboratory.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a QC team in a GMP environment.
• Proven track record with HPLC, UV, and dissolution testing.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finish Product QC team and manage day-to-day lab activities.
• Ensure testing complies with GMP, CAPA, and Change Controls.
• Coordinate with other departments to plan and release batches.
• Oversee safety and maintain QA documentation in the QMS.
