Job summary

Accord Healthcare Europe seeks a Quality Control Team Leader to head the Finish Product unit at the Barnstaple site. You will manage analysts, ensure testing aligns with schedules and GMP standards, and collaborate with manufacturing to release batches.

Role requires strong knowledge of EU/FDA regulations, CAPA and Change Controls, and experience with HPLC, UV and dissolution. Excellent communication and IT skills are essential; a science degree or substantial relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a QC team in a GMP pharmaceutical lab.
• Strong practical knowledge of HPLC, UV and dissolution testing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finish Product QC team and manage daily lab activities.
• Ensure testing is completed per schedule and GMP requirements.
• Oversee CAPAs and Change Controls within the QMS.
• Support internal audits and regulatory inspections and participate in trend analysis.
