Qualifications

• Proven experience in a high-quality restaurant, hotel or fine dining environment.
• Strong passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid wine knowledge and ability to pair with dishes.
• Attention to detail and outstanding presentation.
• Good administrative skills for bookings and records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, personalised guest experience at Chef’s Table.
• Build relationships and maintain a warm, professional atmosphere.
• Coordinate with the Chef to ensure smooth service from reservation to departure.
• Explain dishes, ingredients and the Chef’s vision to guests.
• Manage reservations, guest preferences and dietary requirements.
• Upsell wines and premium beverages in a natural, guest-focused way.
