Job summary

BaxterStorey in City of London is seeking a Fine Dining Chef de Partie, Monday to Friday with no weekend service, to join our high-end kitchen. You will work to exacting standards and support the head chef in delivering exceptional menus.

You will prepare dishes, manage your station, and contribute to menu development while upholding strict food-safety and quality controls. This role offers paid overtime and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation – prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Station Management – oversee production at your station and keep area clean.
