Are you ready to lead impactful finance transformation projects and shape the future of financial operations? You will work as part of a cross-functional team supporting insurance sector clients from diagnosis to implementation of finance transformation projects.

What will you be doing?

• Drive the delivery of workstreams within finance transformation programmes.
• Manage deliverables and dependencies to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Ensure outputs are accurate, insightful, and tailored to the audience.
• Mentor and coach team members and support broader development initiatives.

Client Engagement & Strategic Input

• Collaborate with senior leadership to manage client relationships.
• Contribute to strategic propositions and responses to RFPs.
• Build trusted relationships with clients at the workstream level.

Governance & Risk Management

• Support risk management procedures across engagements.
• Identify and escalate risks, offering practical solutions.

What will you need to do it?

• Understand the insurance industry, regulations, and challenges faced by the Finance function.
• Articulate key processes, controls, data, and systems in insurers' finance operations.
• Have knowledge of roles and structures in an insurer's finance function.
• Possess broad knowledge of the Finance function and operating models.
• Experience in Finance Insurance Transformation projects or as an auditor with a focus on finance systems, data, processes, and controls.
• Project management experience.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
