About the job:
- Drive solutions to complex problems by applying in-depth knowledge and expertise, communicating concisely with your team (Focusing on Commercial Insurance, Reinsurance, and Delegated Authority along the value chain - Underwriting, Risk Engineering, Distribution, Product Design, Policy & Claims Management).
- Manage accounts, projects, and workstreams, articulating the interplay between business and technology processes across an organization.
- Conduct and review detailed analysis to guide decision-making, supporting innovative and pragmatic solutions.
- Mentor consultants to increase industry-specific knowledge and practical experience across the London market, UK Insurance, and Reinsurance transformation, encouraging knowledge sharing.
- Provide direction and thought leadership by managing market and trend analyses to drive business development and strategic growth opportunities.
- Convey deep industry knowledge to proactively recommend tailored, innovative solutions to clients’ needs.
About you:
- Minimum 6 years' experience in a London Market / UK Insurance / Reinsurance / Insurtech or consultancy with exposure to Insurance / Reinsurance clients.
- Bachelor's degree required; a master's (MA, MSc, MBA) or additional qualifications are a plus.
- Proven project management and change management skills, capable of leading work streams through all project phases, with impactful team management strategies.
- Hands-on experience in target operating models, process design & development, with strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to manage stakeholders and build long-term relationships. Ability to develop new topics and business initiatives, leveraging team skills to expand offerings.
- Deep understanding of key technology platforms and solutions in the insurance sector, with the ability to drive technological and business improvements.
