Job summary

Interpath in London seeks a highly motivated Assistant Manager for our Transaction Services team. You will lead the end-to-end due diligence process (FDD/VDD) on buy-side and sell-side assignments, while supporting senior colleagues across corporate finance and debt advisory within our network.

You will mentor junior staff, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to winning deals in a fast-paced Deal Advisory practice with a diverse client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years' experience in Audit, Financial Services, or related field.
• Chartered Accountancy or similar qualifications preferred.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong team orientation.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with client relationship experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of FDD and VDD reports.
• Evaluate earnings quality and benchmark NWC against historical trends.
• Assess balance sheets for debt-like items and off-balance-sheet arrangements.
• Review target forecasts, flag risks and opportunities.
• Engage in client meetings and manage day-to-day FDD execution.
• Mentor analysts and associates within the team.
