Job summary

PVH Corp. in London is seeking a Manager to lead the Transaction Services team, handling Financial Due Diligence and Vendor Due Diligence for a diverse client base including private equity and corporates.

You will evaluate earnings quality, benchmark working capital, review balance sheets, and identify debt-like items while engaging with clients and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Transaction Services or another relevant field.
• Chartered Accountancy or another similar professional qualification preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and strong team orientation.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven record in managing relationships with clients.
• Experience in business development strategy is advantageous but not mandatory.
