Are you looking to build a rewarding career in financial services? As a Financial Services Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting our sister company Alexander Hall by helping clients understand the importance of protecting themselves and their families financially. Working closely with our experienced Protection Advisers, you will be the first point of contact for existing mortgage clients, introducing protection solutions and arranging appointments for personalised advice. This role offers a structured development programme designed to support your progression into a fully qualified Protection Adviser.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact existing mortgage clients to discuss the importance of financial protection, including Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover and Income Protection.
• Build strong client relationships and clearly communicate the benefits of reviewing protection arrangements.
• Qualify client needs and arrange appointments with Protection Advisers for detailed consultations.
• Accurately maintain client records and update internal CRM systems.
• Work closely with advisers to ensure a seamless client experience and smooth handover process.
• Develop a strong understanding of protection products, suitability and client outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching and development activities to support progression towards a qualified advisory role.
• Consistently work towards individual and team performance objectives.
