Job description

Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Financial Services Skills Coach based out of our London office.

Working within our Apprenticeship Programmes, you will have the opportunity to coach, mentor, and assess groups of learners pursuing Apprenticeship Investment Operations and Financial Services Professional Programmes at Levels 3, 4, and 6.

• Engage and support learners to develop their learning and meet the Standard criteria throughout their apprenticeship

What You Need to Have:

• Significant experience in the financial services industry within Operations, Investment Management, Investment Banking, or Commercial Banking
• Ability to assess evidence against qualification criteria
• Inspiring coaching skills for apprentices
• Motivational feedback delivery
• Ability to identify and help learners overcome barriers to progress and achievement
