Job summary

BDO UK is seeking a Manager in the Business Services and Outsourcing team to take ownership of client relationships and project delivery. You will review accounts under UK GAAP and IFRS, advise on performance, forecasting and regulatory changes, and develop junior team members.

You will combine strong technical accounting expertise with commercial thinking, using Xero to streamline processes and collaborate with internal specialists while delivering high-quality services to clients across the UK.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent with UK practice experience.
• Solid knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS, especially FRS 102.
• Experience in outsourcing and monthly bookkeeping.
• Ability to research and apply technical accounting guidance.

Responsibilities
