Job summary

PA Consulting in London is seeking Operations and Improvement consultants at Consultant, Senior Consultant and Principal Consultant levels. The role focuses on Lean Six Sigma, process optimisation, service design and change management for Financial Services clients, with hands-on delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Hybrid working is offered with a base at the London Victoria office and client-site work may be required.

Qualifications

• Operational improvement experience in Financial Services or banking/wealth management is required.
• Ability to lead workstreams, assignments and teams in large projects.
• Experience with digital technologies and cost improvement is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and present evidence-based insights to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients to solve complex operational and supply chain challenges.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high standards of service.
