Job summary

esynergy is seeking a Financial Services Delivery Lead to join our delivery function, providing oversight and assurance across complex engagements. You will manage multiple client accounts, ensuring delivery aligns with quality, risk and governance standards while keeping internal teams and clients well coordinated.

You will act as a credible client-facing leader, overseeing delivery planning and reporting, and supporting resource forecasting to optimise utilisation within the delivery function.

Qualifications

• Delivery experience in regulated financial services
• Knowledge of FCA/PRA requirements and operational resilience
• Ability to work with audit and compliance functions
• Credibility from sector experience

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across planning, execution, monitoring and completion for multiple client accounts
• Direct day-to-day delivery and maintain regular client engagement
• Provide independent assurance on delivery quality, risk and governance
• Maintain stakeholder engagement with associates and clients on allocated accounts
• Own quality measurement including CSAT and ASAT across clients and associates
• Champion brand representation across client accounts with esynergy titles
• Lead weekly account planning, reporting and client touchpoints
• Support forecasting and capacity planning to optimise team utilisation
• Manage delivery roadmaps, RAID logs and agile plans
• Create Completion statements and monthly value reviews
