Job Description:

Miryco Consultants is working with a private equity-backed, high-growth Financial Services Consultancy. We are seeking a professional with strong regulatory knowledge to support the delivery of compliance and operations services to our clients.

This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual eager to join a fast-paced consultancy during its growth phase.

Responsibilities:
  • Support clients in executing and maintaining compliance monitoring programs.
  • Draft and review key policies such as Financial Crime, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Personal Account Dealing.
  • Conduct quarterly horizon scanning to identify upcoming regulatory changes for stakeholders.
  • Perform regulatory research and analysis tasks for clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote regulatory awareness and compliance best practices.
Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Economics, or Business.
  • 1-3 years of experience in compliance, operations, or regulatory support within Financial Services or Consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks.
