• Assist with client documentation, applications and admin tasks.
• Liaise with providers and internal teams to provide information and resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate client records and support the client journey.
• Develop knowledge of financial planning and pursue professional qualifications.
• Attend training and contribute to ongoing team support.
