Training on dedicated back-office systems will be provided as you handle diverse servicing tasks. You will collaborate with advisers and paraplanners to deliver compliant post-sale support, maintain records, and ensure timely service

Qualifications

• Financial services administration background, ideally within an IFA practice or provider environment.
• Proven track record handling letters of authority, policy information requests, or valuations.
• Working knowledge of life, investment, and pension products.

Responsibilities

• Collate policy information, process letters of authority, and verify client identities accurately.
• Prepare detailed client valuations and schedule annual review meetings for financial advisers.
• Handle death notifications, claims administration, and client address amendments across multiple providers.
• Resolve servicing queries from advisers, clients, and product providers via telephone and email.
• Maintain accurate back-office workflow records and compliant electronic document management files.
