This is a permanent position based in Cardiff, with job reference 240547L. The opportunity is for an ISA Transfer Specialist to join a multi-award-winning online savings and investment service. The role is hybrid, requiring at least 1 day per week in the Penarth office.

The Role

As an ISA Transfer Specialist / Financial Services Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to customers and supporting teammates. Responsibilities include:

  • Completing all aspects of ISA transfer administration for both inbound and outbound transfers
  • Communicating with old and new plan managers
  • Managing controls and risks daily
  • Collaborating with the customer care team to address customer queries
  • Working with third-party providers
  • Adhering to company and industry SLA's
