We have an exciting opportunity to join Aviva's Finance & Investment Risk Business Partnering (F&I RBP) team as a Risk Manager. If you have accounting/finance experience in a large firm and are ready to advance your career, we want to hear from you!

About the role:

This role is key to our strategic growth, overseeing a large-scale, business-led change program. You will report to a Senior Risk Manager within the F&I RBP team and will operate within a matrix reporting structure during the program's lifecycle. The role will evolve to focus on overseeing Financial Operations and supporting Finance Change.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide oversight and risk management for finance transformation and change activities.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and deepen understanding of finance processes, systems, and data.
• Collaborate with various teams to generate innovative ideas and challenge existing processes.
• Influence and provide direction on risk management across finance functions.

Skills and qualifications:

• Qualified or nearly qualified accountant with recent experience in Financial Reporting or Insurance Operations and Change projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship management skills.
