Lorien’s UK leading Insurance firm is currently looking for a highly skilled Financial Risk Professional to join the team on an initial 6-month contract.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversight of capital plans, input into climate risk management and scenario testing, and maintaining risk frameworks and reporting in line with regulatory and business needs.
• Provide strong leadership, coaching, and development to the wider Financial Risk team.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Strong understanding of Solvency II, capital modelling/management, and investment or economic risk.
• Experience working in either first- or second-line risk functions.
• Proven ability to engage at senior levels and influence governance and decision-making.
