Job summary

RSM UK is expanding its London Finance Function Support team to oversee bookkeeping, reporting, VAT and statutory accounts for real estate clients. You will work in a collaborative, hybrid environment, supporting outsourced and insourced services and system implementations.

The role seeks ACA/ACCA qualified professionals with 3+ years in finance function support, plus strong UK GAAP/IFRS knowledge, Excel prowess, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA part or fully qualified and 3+ years in finance function support or outsourcing.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP/IFRS and VAT compliance.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, management reporting, VAT returns and statutory accounts prep.
• Support outsourced/insourced accounting services and system implementations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Manage commercial aspects: cost analysis, billing and debt monitoring.
• Supervise and develop junior team members and contribute to training.
