Job summary

Pro Finance is partnering with a leading professional services firm to appoint a Financial Reporting Manager. You will manage statutory accounts, consolidations, and technical accounting while developing junior staff and delivering high-quality reporting for clients.

You will lead complex group consolidations, maintain IFRS and UK GAAP standards, and act as a principal point of contact for stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in reporting quality.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified.
• Experience preparing statutory accounts in practice.
• Solid IFRS and UK GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with group consolidations and financial reporting.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Mentoring or team supervision experience is advantageous.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practice professional with strong statutory accounts and consolidation experience to take on a varied role combining technical delivery, client management, and team leadership.

The Role
