Financial Reporting Manager

Salary Circa £45,000

Fixed Term Contract until August 2026

A bit about the job:

You’ll join our UK General Insurance (UKGI) Finance team, supporting financial reporting across UKGI, Ireland GI, and UK Health. Your role is all about delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports that support decision-making and meet regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with CFOs, auditors, and risk teams to ensure robust controls are in place. It’s a role that combines technical expertise with collaboration and forward thinking.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Strong understanding of technical accounting issues and financial reporting requirements including both IFRS and Solvency II
  • Strong understanding of how to design, implement and maintain an effective financial reporting control framework
  • Can confidently build and maintain effective business relationships with senior finance leaders
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organisation
  • Flexible to changing requirements and ability to prioritise workload effectively, while maintaining high quality outputs

  • Starting salary Circa £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
