You will oversee PLC reporting, consolidation, and financial control, act as a key advisor on technical accounting issues, support decision-making, and help the Group achieve its financial objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the production of the Group’s consolidated financial statements, disclosures, and financial announcements, liaising with auditors and corporate functions.
• Support international finance teams in preparing Statutory Accounts, ensuring best practices and high-quality financial information.
• Serve as a primary contact for external auditors, facilitating the audit process and providing documentation.
• Advise senior management on technical accounting issues, standards, and developments; assess the accounting impact of strategic activities like M&A and expansion.
• Lead finance transformation projects, enhancing systems, processes, and controls.
• Prepare technical accounting papers on topics such as goodwill, impairment, consolidation, and going concern, providing guidance to junior staff.
• Support ad hoc projects including corporate structuring, M&A, and investor relations.
• Manage and develop a small team, providing support, supervision, and training.
