Job summary

Larbey Evans Ltd in London seeks a Financial Reporting Analyst to support a prestigious international law firm’s finance and pricing teams. The role focuses on project management, analysis and commercial skills for early-career professionals.

The position is full-time with hybrid work (3 days in the office) and hours 9:30am–5:30pm. Salary up to £40,000. A great entry point to develop in LPM and financial analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with an interest in project management and analytical work.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to matter teams in responding to client proposals (RFPs), including scoping and estimating matters and creating client-ready plans.
• Support matter management with status reports, risk tracking, deadlines and budget tracking.
• Identify changes in scope, time and cost and provide recommendations/early warnings.
• Maintain LPM financial reporting infrastructure and standard templates; distribute updated data to attorneys.

Financial Reporting Analyst

Our fantastic international law firm client is seeking a full-time Financial Reporting Analyst to support their legal project management team in working with the finance and pricing teams, clients, and attorneys in the efficient management of legal matters. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual at the beginning of their professional career to develop their project management, analytical and commercial skills

Financial Reporting Analyst– What you will be doing:

• Provide support to matter teams in responding to a client’s request for proposal (RFP) – including scoping and estimating a matter, drafting example LPM documents and creating a transparent communications and project plan catered to a client’s needs.
• Support the management of matters, including status reports, assumptions/risk tracking, work-stream/deadline tracking and budget tracking.
• Assist in identifying changes in scope, time and cost, and providing recommendations/early warning signals.
• Maintain LPM financial reporting infrastructure, including the standardization of templates and regularly distributing updated financial data to attorneys.
• Actively collect/store feedback from matter teams/clients with the goal of continuous improvement.
• Support matter teams with AFA recommendations and financial analyses.
• Assist with maintenance of client Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs), including AI summaries and billing system with OCG rules.
• Actively manage & contribute to LPM knowledge site including reports, case studies, and templates.

Financial Reporting Analyst – What we are looking for:
