The role involves supporting the Client Group team by ensuring that financial promotions, regulatory customer communications, fund literature, customer journeys, and marketing collateral meet regulatory standards. These responsibilities are part of the business risk management to ensure positive customer outcomes.
You will work with various teams across the Client Group and Compliance to ensure adherence to regulations. Collaboration with a sister role within Royal London Group will also be essential to maintain a robust procedural framework.
