Job summary

JJ Search Ltd is seeking a Financial Planning Operations Manager to shape delivery across an offshore function. You will direct Paraplanning Team Leaders and influence senior stakeholders while building scalable processes and robust SOPs to ensure high-quality client service.

You will lead two Team Leaders and 13 colleagues across two teams, driving performance, consistency and continuous improvement in operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Financial Planning operations management.
• Proven track record leading managers and offshore teams.
• Strong ability to design and embed SOPs and quality frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead two Paraplanning Team Leaders and 13 staff across two teams.
• Develop, document and continuously improve SOPs for operations.
• Review workflows to improve efficiency, quality and scalability.
• Coach team leaders and drive high-performance culture with clear objectives.
