Job Description:

Castlefield are partnering with a well-established Peterborough-based housing association, which is on a journey of transformation. They are recruiting a Financial Planning Manager into the team on a permanent basis. This role has no line management responsibilities, offers flexible working (1 day a week onsite), and a salary of £55,000 - £61,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain the 30-year business plan within BRIXX modelling software.
• Perform scenario modelling to assess impacts on covenants and align financial planning with long-term strategic goals.
• Collaborate with the development finance team to incorporate updates in development programs.
• Prepare and present reports.
• Support loan forecasting and drawdowns.
• Prepare regulatory returns.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (desirable).
• Experience using Brixx software (essential).
• Proven treasury management experience (essential).
