This firm values integrity and excellence. As part of their growth, they are looking to appoint a dynamic and experienced Financial Advice Manager to lead and develop their sales strategy and team.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will proactively develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives, focusing on building professional connections and generating new business. They will lead a team of experienced Financial Planners to drive growth and enhance business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through professional networking and relationship building.
- Lead by example in implementing marketing and sales strategies with the adviser team.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and compliance teams for cohesive strategies.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in recruiting and training new financial advisers.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to inform strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies within financial services
- Proficiency in building professional connections
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
- Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of financial products and services
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills
- Data analysis and trend identification abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
