The Role

Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days/week)
Type: Full Time
Contract: Permanent

We are seeking a US Financial Planning Manager to lead financial planning and deliver month-end commercial reporting for US operations. The role focuses on Capex/ROI and business partnering with the US Property Team. Post recent US gym acquisitions, the team supports US revenue (~$130 million) and is based in London alongside UK & Group finance functions.

• Manage annual budgeting and reforecasting processes
• Enhance the integrated business planning model, ensuring accuracy of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow
• Serve as cashflow expert for the commercial finance team
• Support Capex reporting and analysis for the internal Capex committee
• Partner with US FD & Property Team on lease negotiations and estate optimization
• Develop investment feasibility models for new sites and refurbishments
• Track investment project performance
• Provide performance analysis to US FD & MD
• Prepare monthly board reports and maintain financial models
• Contribute to various business initiatives, providing commercial insights and analysis

The Person

• Qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CIMA), ambitious and high-performing
• Experience in FP&A or transaction services with strong commercial skills
• Excellent business partnering and stakeholder communication skills
• Exceptional financial modelling, analytical, and presentation skills
• Solid understanding of financial statements, especially cashflow
• Detail-oriented, quick learner, proactive
• Self-motivated, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and prioritization skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience with multi-site industries or MIS tools is a plus
