Due to expansion and growth, Quilter Cheviot Financial Planning is recruiting a Financial Planning Manager to work with our dynamic and forward-thinking team.

The Financial Planning Manager will oversee a team of Financial Planners responsible for servicing, retention, and new business development.

The role emphasizes leadership, management, and development of Financial Planners, supporting business growth, and delivering advice directly to clients.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in Financial Planning and managerial experience within wealth or asset management, with a solid understanding of the end-to-end advisory process in private client markets.

The role includes the following duties:

  • Sales Management
  • Managing a team of Financial Planners
  • Ensuring profitability and business plan alignment
  • Overseeing relationships with QC Investment Managers
  • Planning joint initiatives for business development
  • Supporting local initiatives and events
  • Monitoring business production and client contact strategies
  • Managing employment arrangements and performance appraisals
  • Developing the team to meet high advice standards
  • Coaching client meetings for performance and client experience improvements
  • Analyzing and reporting Management Information (MI)
  • Supporting recruitment and professional development of Financial Planners

  • Managing regional Financial Planner teams
  • Contributing to cross-group initiatives
  • Developing colleagues and nurturing talent
  • Collaborating with the regional leadership team

About You
