We are recruiting for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join a renowned high street fashion brand.

This pivotal role reports directly to the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, working closely with both the Head and the Finance Director.

Your main responsibilities include developing and improving the company's strategic plan, conducting detailed analysis, and preparing performance reports across key business segments such as Ecommerce, the Distribution Centre, retail shops, and Central Control Costs. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the financial strategy of a dynamic brand within a vibrant and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee monthly management accounts for Retail, Logistics, and Central costs
2. Prepare weekly trading packs
3. Develop budgets, forecasts, and latest views, with a focus on accuracy for cash forecasting
4. Analyze E-commerce P&L statements
5. Conduct monthly review meetings with budget holders
6. Lead quarterly store-by-store review meetings with Regional Managers
7. Produce monthly P&L packs
8. Generate and analyze Store P&L statements
9. Provide financial insights to senior management for strategic and operational decision-making
10. Challenge and support the commercial management team on financial matters, both short-term and long-term

About You:

1. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, V-lookups, etc.)

4. Ability to interact effectively with senior financial and non-financial stakeholders across the business on both financial and non-financial issues
