Financial Planning and Analysis Manager – 84,576 – Hybrid – Central London

The Opportunity

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not–for–Profit team is working closely with a Not–For–Profit organisation that works to better conditions for health care workers.

We are supporting them with their recruitment of a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. The individual will need to possess a recognised CCAB qualification and have experience in the Commercial and not-for-profit sectors with substantial accountancy expertise.

What the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will be doing

You will have a group focus and provide day-to-day leadership to the Business Accounts Team, including:

  • Managing and motivating the Business Accounting team to create, develop, and maintain a finance business partnering-oriented customer service
  • Deputising for the Head of Finance at meetings and activities as directed
  • Liaising closely with the Financial Controller and Finance Systems team to oversee management reporting, information, and analysis across the Group
  • Developing proactive, informative management reporting
  • Supporting month-end and year-end processes with the Financial Accountant, Treasury Manager, and Financial Controller to ensure accuracy and timeliness

What the successful Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will bring to the team:

  • Recognised CCAB accounting qualification
  • Knowledge of Tax, PAYE, and VAT regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Extensive management/business partnering experience
  • Willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays
  • Experience in delivering training sessions
