Talentedge is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to own forecasting, commercial analysis, and strategic planning for a high-growth D2C subscription business. You will partner with senior leaders to drive sustainable growth, improve unit economics, and maximise customer lifetime value.

You will sit at the center of the business, owning budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, with visibility to the CFO, CEO, and investors through board reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A or related roles in D2C, subscription, or tech.
• Strong financial modelling and ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience with large datasets and SaaS metrics.

Responsibilities

The Role

Key Responsibilities

About You

• Experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Strategic Finance roles
• Strong background within D2C, subscription, e-commerce, consumer, retail, or technology businesses
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
• Experience working with large datasets and translating data into commercial insight
• Strong understanding of subscription economics, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability metrics
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Highly commercial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach
